Many users around the globe encountered difficulty accessing WhatsApp, the Meta-owned ubiquitous messaging WhatsApp outage on Wednesday. Tens of thousands of people reported issues sending and receiving messages on the popular social WhatApp is down, which is used by over 2 billion people each month.
The outage began at approximately 1:15 p.m. Pacific time, according to user reports, and lasted for around 40 to 50 minutes. Meta’s business website declared the disruption as a “major disruption.”
